The final Phase of flower is a continuation of the ripening stage, with the intent that we remove all targeted red spectra in order to maximize the preservation of the secondary metabolites that we have focused on producing. Some growers have noted that the removal of the red channel with a decrease in overall intensity during the final 48-72 hours of the crop’s life cycle has shown an increase in overall terpene preservation, translating to an overall more flavorful and fragrant crop.
