Nick is definitely the “Mad Scyntist” likely from watching way too many episodes of Mythbusters. If there is a product test to be done that is destructive in nature, Nick is definitely the one to do it, with or without a safety briefing from the real engineers and Phd’s.

Director of Software
Jay is a master of bringing together software and hardware systems. His career began in the Army working on the Vulcan Anti Aircraft System, designing medical devices from scratch for WellsJohnson or implementing network and IT solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Over the last 20 years Jay has synthesized this knowledge and put it to work on more advanced projects, such as: jet engine testing, developing cat scan sensor chips and heading up the R&D on night vision simulators. At Scynce LED, his team has been the brains behind our wireless controls and “full power spectrum tuning” capabilities. They also developed one of the most advanced IoT based wireless networks, creating the largest test Thread Mesh network in the world. Jay is an embedded systems savant who also has the ability to see the big picture and execute on it.
