The initiation/stretching phase of flower simulates the transition from the longer summer days into the late summer/pre-fall cycle. Temperatures are at peak height for flower, while using correlating VPD humidity references. It’s during this phase that we have weighted the Cool spectrum slightly heavier in order to mitigate over elongation of the cellular structures, commonly referred to as “stretching”, which leads to greater distances between internodes. The overall PPFD intensity is kept below max thresholds to allow a gradual transition of Daily Light Integral (DLI) throughout the flowering cycle.
