Scynce Is Under New Management and Ownership PLUS No Cash Up Front LED Upgrade Offering!

Scynce is pleased to announce ownership and leadership changes as of March 2023.

Nicholas Pastushan is the CEO of Scynce LED LLC, the successor of the company that previously did business as Scynce.  He is also the founder and CEO of Warbird Capital LLC, which holds the controlling interest in Scynce LED LLC.  As many of you are aware, it has been a rough period for the indoor agriculture industry lately, and like many companies, Scynce had had to undergo some transformation to be able to continue.  Despite the headwinds, and thanks to a committed team and great products, Scynce is emerging from this period stronger than ever with new management and new ownership.

The new company is continuing to support the installed base of products, develop exciting new offerings and is working through predecessor warranty requests which will be honored by the new entity.  Thank you for your patience over the past few months, we understand how frustrating it is when calls are not returned etc.  We were able to re-hire some of the staff lost, and will be able to handle all customer needs going forward. We are also announcing that in conjunction with Warbird Capital, customers of Xcel Energy in Colorado can upgrade from HPS to Scynce LED for zero up front cost, and 75% of the equipment and installation costs are covered by a rebate program, with the balance paid over 12 months with payments that are less than the energy savings!  We hope to expand this program to other states and utility providers where attractive rebates programs exist.  If you are in a different service area and there is a rebate program you would like to see us include in this offering, please contact us at [email protected].
